Shipping Policy

1. Overview
All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in China. We offer free standard shipping on every order (no minimum). Standard shipments are sent using reputable international and local carriers and are trackable—final delivery in your country is usually handled by national postal services (for example, USPS in the USA) or by major parcel carriers.
If you need your order faster, we offer an expedited delivery upgrade for a flat fee of $15. Orders of $150 USD or more automatically qualify for a free upgrade to expedited shipping (express couriers such as DHL, FedEx, or equivalent).
2. Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and packed within 1–3 business days after payment clears.
During peak seasons (holidays, promotional events) or for custom/handmade items, processing may take longer; we will notify you if processing will exceed 3 business days.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
All times below are estimates (business days after dispatch) — actual transit times may vary due to customs, local carrier schedules, or unforeseen delays.
Free Standard Shipping (tracked economy)
United States: 10–22 business days
Canada: 12–25 business days
Europe (most countries): 10–20 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 10–25 business days
Other regions: 12–30 business days
Expedited Shipping (flat $15) — Express couriers (DHL / FedEx / UPS Express)
Most destinations: 3–7 business days
Free Expedited Upgrade (orders ≥ $150 USD)
Upgraded to express courier (DHL, FedEx, or equivalent): 3–7 business days to most major destinations.
Important: These are transit-time estimates after the package has left our warehouse. Customs clearance, local carrier processing, or address issues can lengthen delivery.
4. Tracking & Notifications
Once your order ships we will email you a shipping confirmation including a tracking number and a link to track your package.
Tracking updates sometimes take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created—this is normal.
If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs, import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
We declare the item description honestly on customs documentation. If you need a specific customs declaration value or paperwork for a business purchase, contact our support before placing the order.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us.
For damaged items, please keep all packaging and item(s) and contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can file a carrier claim and assist with replacement or refund.
For missing packages or items not delivered within the estimated window, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. Please reach out within 30 days of the shipment date so we can act quickly.
7. Address Issues & Refused Parcels
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address or because it was refused, you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost to resend the order. If you choose not to have the order resent, a refund will be issued for the item(s) price minus the original shipping and return shipping costs.
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can sometimes be changed or canceled before they are shipped. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
