*TOPIC: DWELLING UNDER THE UMBRELLA OF GOD*

*BIBLE TEXT: PS 91:1*

He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. -Psalms 91:1 NKJV

Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. -Psalms 91:1 NIV

Where you dwell could play a significant role in determining your longevity of life. God has a shelter for his children and in His shelter, there is safety. God promises that whoever dwells in his shelter will be under His protection. The question is, where are you dwelling? In Christ or outside Christ?

Beloveth, there is no genuine and long-lasting protection elsewhere. You may be secured from thieves on earth without Christ but your eternity is not secured without Christ. What is your gain when you gain this world and burn in hell for not accepting Jesus’ offer of forgiveness? It is vanity.

The Bible says “whoever dwells”, it shows the door is opened for everyone no matter your background. God is willing to provide shelter for everyone that would come to him. He is willing to give us guidance and lead us daily. Whoever includes you. No more delay in coming to God as your Lord and Saviour if you haven’t done so.

Another important word is “dwell”. It says ” whoever dwells”. To dwell means “to abide, to remain, to inhabit, to sit, to tarry, to continue, to be still”. Beloveth, whoever would be under the shadow and umbrella of the Most High God must be ready to continue In the faith, must be ready to abide in Christ and tarry in his presence. We must trust him for everything we desire in life. We must put our trust in another thing or god.

Beloved Saint, until we dwell in Christ, we cannot walk in safety. Safety is of the Lord.

Shalom.
