STANDING FOR GOD IN THE MIDST OF STORMS By Isaac Oluwaseun Agbenla

STANDING FOR GOD IN THE MIDST OF STORMS By Isaac Oluwaseun Agbenla

Good morning Saints,

Today, I want to encourage you about the need to stand for God in the midst of trial and temptation.

If you COMPROMISE today, you may end up losing the PROMISE of God that should COME to pass in your life.

Before God will trust you with everything, he will test your loyalty and your consecration to His words, His kingdom and to everything that pertains to life.

God chooses according to the state of our heart and not base on who you know or connected to. This is why General Overseers are not automatically succeeded by their own son. Your father’s relationship or family’s name will not guarantee you a place in God’s divine order except you pay the price to be there -Acts 1:23-26

Beloved, if you are standing for God today as a young man or woman, it will pay you back bountifully at the end. It is your consecration today that will determine your promotion tomorrow. Your present state is a function of your past decisions.

God sees your temptations. He is watching your decisions during secret trials when nobody is there just as Joseph was keenly observed by patriarch (Heb.12:1) in heaven when Potiphar’s wife tempted him. Had it been Joseph enjoyed the succulent touches of his Master’s wife, he would have ended a failure and celebrated housekeeper when he is destined to lead the world as Prime Minister.

Listen, you will never understand what you loose by compromising. What you loose through sexual immorality is more than the pleasure you derived from it. Your future suffers for your willful disobedience to divine instructions whenever you dwell in sin. If the devil can secure your soul through disobedience to God, he can trap your destiny with 10minutes of pleasure.

Listen, there is nothing that is not enough today that will not be more than enough tomorrow.

My words for you:

In every situation before you, choose either to please God or your immediate needs.

The Choice is yours.

Feel free to share.

Shalom
Isaac O. Agbenla
